All requests for late arrival (after 7 PM) are subject to confirmation by the property. Please contact them to make the required arrangements. Each studio has basic power back up, for the power outages (Load shedding) ( INVERTER + BATTERY ) This back up power keeps the Wi-fi, TV, and lamp next to the TV working for the duration of the outage. Cell phones can be charged with this back up. NB: NO OTHER APPLIANCES (NO HAIR DRYERS etc ) CAN BE PLUGGED INTO THIS SYSTEM, as it will damage the system.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Room not properly cleaned/dusty Room has a damp smell Dishwasher smells No backsplash for stove top Utensils are old and dirty (It doesn't cost much to buy new ones) Cups and cupboard smells No handwash provided Petrol station right in front of the house and main road. Very noisy if you want some down time. Room is not completely dark at night. Door is made of frosted glass so light comes in and can disturb your sleep. No daily room service (considering the price per night) Shower not clean Vent in bathroom has built up dirt Room can do with a fresh coat of paint Perhaps too much emphasis placed on the view and location thinking it would make up for the things lacking.

tolle Lage mit Meerblick, sehr zentral gelegen mit guten Busverbindungen, Haltestelle vor dem Gueshouse. Shannon, Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit div. Tipps; für Selbstversorger ideal mit einer High-Tech-Küchenzeile; diese Unterkunft kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen

It is in the perfect location. Spectacular scenery, close to the water and eateries. Table top mountain is just a stone throw away from the accommodation Our host was very nice. He was very informative, told us where the best places were to eat and visit. He had a folder which was full of information which helped us out. It has a perfect view of the sunset upon the horizon from your balcony. It has a very peaceful atmosphere. Would highly recommend staying here.

There are no negatives, absolutely loved it.
