Each studio has basic power back up, for the power outages (Load shedding) ( INVERTER + BATTERY ) This back up power keeps the Wi-fi, TV, and lamp next to the TV working for the duration of the outage. Cell phones can be charged with this back up. NB: NO OTHER APPLIANCES (NO HAIR DRYERS etc ) CAN BE PLUGGED INTO THIS SYSTEM, as it will damage the system.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures, you have an awesome view of the ocean and Lion's head. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Communication was great. The place has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is also very convenient, you have very good restaurants at walking distance. Thanks again for having us!

Die Aussicht in Studio 3war toll. Die letzten drei Nächte waren wir in Studio 1. Da war die Wohnung besser geschnitten.

Studio3 wirkt beengter. Der dauernde Geruch nach kiffen war gruselig und ist uns auf den Magen geschlagen. Sehr schade! Das war in Studio 1 weniger zu riechen, dafür war der Dauerkrach der gegenüberliegenden Tankstelle schon störend, besonders nachts. Das Geschirr in beiden Apartments war klebrig und kaum sauber zu kriegen. Die Kommunikation zu den Vermietern, die auch dort wohnen, war fast nicht vorhanden , nach einem faux-pas der Eigentümer. Ich würde es noch einmal mit Studio 3 probieren , falls es nicht mehr nach "Gras" riecht. Wir hatten Studio1 gebucht, was mir nicht klar war.. es war das einzige, was zu buchen war. Die Bilder im Internet waren jedoch von der Aussicht von Studio 3. Das finde ich nicht korrekt!
