Designer Apartment

The place was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Great big table .

Some areas need a bit of attention like door at the shower didn’t shut and made bathroom a bit wet. Some cupboards were a bit broken and some leaking in the rubbish cupboard under the sink . Good view of table mountain although not balcony to enjoy .

It was very neat and the host was very polite

Clean, comfy and Nicole decorated. Safe.

Loud noise from the street in one bedroom. No sir-com so very very hot inside as we visited during hots season. There were two fans which helped a little bit.

The entire apartment is beautiful

The building entrance is in a doggy place and I was mugged right at the door. The building is not secure enough. There is no aircon in the apartment. The noise of the cars in the streets is unbearable

The apartment was spacious and the area was convenient to many amenities

Upon arriving at the apartment the cleaner was there and she warmly welcomed us. After her departure I noticed that the scatter cushions and the coffee table which was covered with fabric were dirty and smelly. I then informed Mr Burger through WhatsApp in the evening. The following day I called him as he hadn't responded to my message. He then promised to have the cushions washed and personally come through. I phoned him again after 1 in the afternoon since no came through, he then promised again to send someone early morning of Tuesday. On Tuesday again no one came through and he never called or messaged me to give an update. I then sent him another whatsApp message to inform him that still no one came and furthermore, no housekeeping was done, especially, since one would expect the bathrooms and kitchen to be cleaned daily. I spent 5 nights at the apartment with no housekeeping, my specific request to be provided with clean cushions not done. My stay was unpleasant indeed.
