Designer Apartment

Nice looking apartment, good location, well-equipped flat, very good wifi.

COCKROACHES!!! We found cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom and one of the rooms, we recorded videos and sent to the owner and asked what we should do. We knew it was not the owners fault, so we offered it would be good if the owner sprayed the flat, ordered cleaning & paid for dry cleaning of our clothes. He said it was too much of a hustle, and offered to just give us a partial refund instead, which we were ok with. We agreed we'd move out next day. But then next day 8am on saturday he showed up at the apartment waking us up and asking that we go out of the flat so he can spray the flat with the insecticide since he already showed up. We told him we were still sleeping and had not yet packed our clothes and we didn't wanna inhale the spray. He said spray was "eco-friendly" and insisted. We declined and said he can do it after 11 when we move out. We were appalled. Not only were we tired because he woke us up, expected us to go out in our underwear, wanted to risk our health with the chemical spray and was very pushy. It's sad, the flat is really nice, but the experience was extremely unpleasant.

I loved that it felt like home away from home. my kids were quite comfortable in the space. it was warm and welcoming. the host was very accommodating and understanding.
