1. Excellent location in proximity to Cape Town CBD. 2. Heaters provided for both bedrooms, which was very welcome in winter. 3. Interior Decor of the apartment really lovely ! 4. Proximity to the V&A Waterfront was excellent. Just a short drive. 5. Could see Table Mountain from the balcony. 6. TV and paid channels was great. Got in a bit of cuddling and TV binge time ;-) 7. Secure undercover parking.

1. There is a bar in the neighborhood that has people making noise till very early morning hours. 2. Main bedroom does not have thick curtains, so the light from the city comes in at night and does not make for a good night's rest. 3. Road noise unmissable. If the rubbers/lining of the windows were to be upgraded, it would make a very big difference. 4. Stove needs complete replacement. The stove is literally peeling apart and poses a health and electrical risk.
