Checkin and check out processes were smooth and efficient

Sem internet metade da estadia e sem televisão, por ser smart TV. Nunca resolveram a situação. O texto com o check in estava errado e foi muito difícil encontrar a chave, só conseguimos com a ajuda do segurança.

The vanue is good, located in a good place. The suite is suitable for someone who prefer to cook for themselves.

They don't clean the room when occupied, we have spent full 3 days and half.. The bin started smelling and there was no instructions on where to take the bin. They don't change towels, no instructions or clear information where provided regarding cleaning of the room prior and during our stay. The tag to the door was also not working properly we had to constantly ask assistant from the security.

The address in booking.com is not the real address. The team is scarse in communication (one day I made 5 phone calls to 2 different numbers I was given, including the one for emergencies, and I did not receive any answer).

Great price. Good location for the conference centre and town.

The Wifi failed half way through my time there and was no rectified. The bedside cabinet was not clean - sticky stuff on the top surface and the floors were not very clean some sticky stains. The front door is also ill fitting and needed some force to close it.

No service and change of linen for three day stay.

The self check in process, the layout of the apartment and all staff were so friendly.

The apartment we we in had no curtains, it had like a blind type of thing bit it didn't cover the glass window/door properly as there were spaces one could see through.

Breakfast was not an option, as there was a restaurant in the building, however, I did not have breakfast.
