"The Unit needs to be cleaned and properly maintained!"

I liked the service received from the Restaurant staff..

Upon booking we received an email that says they have a facility where they can store bags, only to get to the property and be told that they can’t store bags for us. Secondly a lady came to meet me and hand over the keys of the Unit, The floor was dirty, The kitchen had a fowl smell of the drain, the door doesn’t close you must bang it. Next day we had no cleaners come in and this was also not communicated.
