Great location for the conference I was attending and close to waterfront as well

A bit anonymous / basic and window coverings let done light through, so wake up early

upon arrival, no one knew of my arrival the nor the receptionist or the security on duty spent a long time trying to connect for info as i was also locked out of device and email account no messages or booking detail was sufficient for these personnel to assist me the security eventually contacted the owner or manager of the property and confirmed my arrival very much inconvenienced misha

For a place to stay to visit the CICC it is brilliant and one can walk safely to the center. Comfortable table with ample power points for chargers and laptops.

Could not block out the outside lights. Not top sheet on bed. The duvet is too hot for summer.
