The apartment was neat and clean including the bedding and bathrooms. Basic needs like iron, clothes hangers, drying rack, fan, heater, blankets, hair dryer and washing machine were provided

I think the second bedroom should have 2 single bed instead of a double bed. Should there have been an odd number of either male or female guests then sleeping arrangements would have been awkward. Housekeeping should have been provided more often as well as bathroom amenities should be topped up. Dinner seating was only provided for 2 guest whereas there should have been an additional 2 more since the apartment provided for 4 guests. Appropriate kitchen utensils and crockery need to be topped up. Street noise as well as noise from other apartments was a big let down virtually every night of our stay.

Location was good,near the shopping complex and the area was quite no noise that will cause disturbances the house was clean with comfortable bed

The pictures displayed on the advert is not actually what we found e.g on the pictures we have been shown a huge balcony with a round table with chairs,of which it is all lies. We have been shown siting room with brown leather,we didn't find it. I think they must remove that pictures. In the kitchen the utensils are not cleaned properly e.g the saucepan is brown in colour and I tested to remove that and is cleanable. Please change or clean utensils properly. There were small cockroaches that were seen crawling in the midnight

It was easy as the host communicated early were the keys can be collected and the security at the reception was so helpful. He also gave us direction where to park the car and where the flat is located.

The Housekeeper forgot to take out the bin and place the broom in a rightful place.
