The apartment is as advertised and the property manager has responded all questions

No feedback on the requires sent to the agency, the pool is very dirty (we were very excited to explore there), a lot of resistance to provide the deposit, to provide the deposit a lot of information was requested (I believe that communication is key and clients must be informed of all procedures or documents that would be required prior to adhering to any agreement). The first information was that the deposit would be paid 7 days after now I have been informed that will take up to 14 days. There is a lot of noises in the building in particular in room 317 that the generator is somehow very close to the room. Some pictures of the building might be old as it doesnt look as advertised. Please ensure that future customers dont have a bad experience as we had. This is a non customer driven service.

We had a great stay without any hussles, self service check-in was simple and the concierge manager was very helpful.

When we needed to use the pool we found a group that said they had booked the pool but there was no notice of such booking.

The place is okay, it was my 5th time booking it

We booked the place for 5 days, and nobody was allocated to help us with cleaning, so we slept in the same bedding for full 5 nights🥺. When we checked in, the TV was not working, and we reported it on Wednesday, It was ony exchanged with the owners TV on Saturday night🥺. Horrible stay overall!!!!

I loved how the host was welcoming and showed us around the place. Loved how the place was clean even the available utensils they were clean, everything was in order
