We couldn't be able to swim at the ocean

I loved all the facilities the hotel provided, restaurants, veiw from the pool.

It's definitely not what was advertised, it's definitely not a room for a family of 4 or 3 it's a small compartment /bachelor pad, the place was not up to standard and unpleasant. Not what was advertised, left immediately, very disappointing.

The hotel is well maintained and nicely located, right across from the beach, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet our expectations. I booked for two adults and two teenagers and clearly stated their ages, but the sleeper couch was far too small to accommodate them. As a result, my husband had to sleep on the floor so our daughter could sleep with me, while our son used the sleeper couch. The room definitely does not cater comfortably for four people. We ended up checking out early as there was no extra mattress available. The roof fan was also not working. Although additional fans were provided, they were not very effective and were quite dusty. With a few upgrades and better sleeping arrangements, the room could be perfect given the great location.

The view is beautiful and the staff is friendly, we enjoyed our stay there.

What an excellent service l received, Malinda she is such a wonderful person. She is been communicating with me since l hv informed her that I was have missed my flight, l have arrived very late at the property but she was awake and gave a warm welcome🌹
