The bedding was clean and crisp, the pillows very comfortable, and the accommodation was lovely

The privacy, the serenity

We didn't have a Sea view and when we opened the curtains all we saw was houses. The first night we were offered parking in the basement for an additional R50 per night which we gladly accepted.. The next afternoon we were asked to move our car as the hotel was booked out and the space in the basement was limited and we were told that preference was given to the guests of the hotel. We didn't understand the setup coz we thought we were also guests of the hotel and felt bad.. That really didn't sit well with us at all and spoilt what was meant to be a break from the norm.

The place was very neat and well taken care off. Excellent value for money, exceptional customer care.

The pool was closed due to the winter season, would’ve been nice if it was opened on the warmer days.

The blankets were not thoroughly cleaned, then the rest was good.

Host was extremely helpful throughout our stay!
