The proximity to the beach .. however one has to descend and ascend twenty steps ..and access to the beach was from outside the property, get on the main road...then take steps down to beach.

There was no parking on the property. We parked on the main road. There was no quick access to the beach.

There was no breakfast. The location ok.

The owner needs to tell you there are stairs everywhere and it is for mountain goats and not elderly people. With the sloping roof you need to be very short or you will knock yourself stupid.
