Security is great !! And the building in general is very clean and aesthetically pleasing

The places was very clean, soon cozy and comfortable , super convenient as it was in the city center, and it felt very safe.

To be honest, I didn't have anything I didn't like.

The building was well located and very secure. The apartment was spacious, clean, well furnished and the bed comfortable. The central AC worked really well and in spite of the building being on a busy intersection, the apartment was quiet.

Poor communication from the renter. The keys were not ready and after confirming my arrival, I had to wait over an hour to receive the keys.

Good security in the building. The area is central, but it has some beggars and homeless people. The apartment was cozy and stylish, with an amazing view. Easy check-in. Good value for money.

The apartment didn't have basic things such as soap, shower gel, cooking oil or coffee. The walls are very thin, I could hear TV in the next apartment. The curtain didn't fully cover the window and didn't block out the light at night.

Location was superb for Indaba - 7-8 minutes work from Convention centre. Modern apartment/studio equipped with all required appliances, very clean and comfortable for a short business stay. Airconditioned air during quite a humid weather conditions in Cape town.

Main bathroom has a very small sink one normally finds in guest toilet. On the other hand the same bathroom has a large shower cabin. The bed matrass was too soft for my liking.

Very clean, good location, comfortable.

Only negative is that we only got one key card and I was staying with my sister who was often split from me.
