Just the stench of cigarettes/weed in the 7th floor passage.

Location and facilities plus quick communication with managers.

None.

Location, size, facilities.... all perfect for someone spending a week away from home on business. Although I didn't make use of all the facilities, I most certainly used the coffee machine. If I have a choice next time, I will try to stay there again.

I don't have any complaints.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, definitely value for money. I'd go as far as saying it is slightly underpriced compared to the place we stayed at before. The kitchen has everything you need and the whole apartment is comfortable, clean and stylish. Everything works, the place is central and close to the CBD but still quiet enough to get work done. No need to get an Uber unless if you are going to the airport, we mostly walked and took the MyCiti bus which has a station (Adderley) just around the corner. We were worried that we'd have to walk around with our luggage after checkout since it's not really a hotel but security assisted us and kept our stuff for us. Both security guards on duty that Sunday were very sweet and helpful. Also got a message after I left from the host to say I forgot my bank card. Very pleasant stay and I plan on returning soon.

When I initially tried to check-in the security told me that he didn't have my name on his list. I showed him the booking confirmation from Bookings.com but it didn't help. Luckily another security guard showed up after a few minutes and assisted. I was slightly annoyed, but I messaged the host and he was quick to respond so that didn't ruin my mood.

Beautiful décor and colour theme, modern kitchen and bathroom. Friendly and helpful security at the front desk. Ease of access to the building and room.

There was nothing to dislike.
