Foreshore Place Luxury Apartment

It is a very good and cozy place in a perfect location in the business center of the city

The apartment was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The owner was always available to answer questions and checked up on us during our stay.

Only negative is there is no parking....it does state that on bookings.com and the owner recommended nearby parking facilities, it was impossible to get parking in front of the building and if you are lucky to get one we had to get up at 5am to move the car to avoid the the wheels being clamped, the one parking garage closest to the apartment closes their gates at 7pm.

I left my clothing there, which the owner confirmed to have found them. The owner said they would courier my clothes and I volunteered to go collect since then they never responded to me. I made several follow ups. to this end I have not received my clothing. I am currently pursuing my options legally on the matter. I implore booking.com to remove this property in their list because it is clearly housing a thief and a liar. Regards, Lwandile

Very clean and comfortable apartment in the center of Cape Town. Easy check in, great location, I can definitely recommend it

No parking, so we parked our car in the nearby pick and pay parking (you can leave the car overnight)

Location was perfect aa it is within walking distance from the V&A Waterfront

The apartment was good but the noise from the construction across the road was rather disturbing.

Thin walls.

Great small apartment, comfortable for two people. All needed amenities available. Nice view of table mountain. Host and concierge were helpful and responsive. No load shedding experienced. We didn't ask for towels or bedsheets change for a week, but I assume it would have been possible had we done so.

The internet was very slow at times. Walls are very thin despite its a new or renovated building. We could hear the neighbors' music/talking late at night and early morning. Cigarette smoke was also coming into the apartment. For us it was not such a big issue but could be for others. For longer stays, it'd be useful to have a washing machine instead of a dishwasher.
