Location not safe at all. Hobos sleeping by the entrance & corners leading to the entrance

Street is unsafe & too many hobos loitering around even during the day.

Host Nicole was very responsive and attentive from the beginning. They provided very clear instructions on how to get to and access the property. This little apartment is fantastic and well-equipped. The bed, linen and towels are nice and comfortable. It has nice natural lightning and big windows facing the trees. It was lovely waking up to the sound of birds every morning. The location is very convenient and there are little markets nearby that stay open late.

Can get a bit cold inside the apartment, but they do provide a little heater. The location can be a bit sketchy at night, important to stay vigilant, especially if you're not used to big cities.

We loved the fact that it felt like home, especially for my wife. She was able to cook her own meals after our busy day at the event we attended. It was also convenient to get groceries downstairs.

There wasn't a wind stopper under the door, hence the cold wind came in from under the door and neutralised the warmth of the heater. We would recommend you look at getting one for under the door to prevent cold air from getting into the room.

The apartment is really central and most of the locations I wanted to visit were a walking distance which I really enjoyed. I was attending the Jazz festival at the Cape Town Civic Centre and I could easily walk to and from the Centre. There is Food Lovers Market, a cute Cafe and Clicks Pharmacy downstairs close by for all your convenient needs. The apartment is clean and has everything you need.

There was no air-conditioning in the apartment and I found it was a little chilly during my stay. They do provide a heater but the heat does not cover the entire apartment.
