The apartment was very neat and tidy. The location was good in terms of distance to the V& Waterfront - it was a 6 minute drive. There is a burger king within walking distance.

The location seems a bit sketchy. Perhaps a washer /dryer combo should be placed in the unit so that guests can wash and dry their clothes instead of going to a laundromat. The shower tap has a very small margin of error to get the water to the right temperature.

The corner we walk at when reaching the entrance, I was not comfortable walking midnight. The taxi drops you at the end of the street where you have to walk at a certain corner. At night it might not be safe

As far as smooth finding the place- I received the videoguide via Whats up app. It worked well. Complimentary tea bags, coffee capsules let me feel welcomed!
