good value great location very nice owner comfortable beds good facilities

no alternative lighting or torch during load shedding windows and blinds could do with some attention difficult to control shower temperature no working security grill on door

good location, close to the attractions, convenient with grocery store and pharmacy around the corner. Smooth check in experience and good communication / responsiveness from the landlord.

Cape Town has planned electricity outages (“load shed”), we did not know this and were not prepared - i would have appreciated if our landlord would have given us info on arrival. We had bad luck with the parking, due to works in the backyard we had to move our car every morning, and it wasnt easy to find appropriate parking in the area. Also some issues with cleanliness: the coffee maker and the water kettle could have been cleaner.
