The apartment is modern, spacious and in a great location. The city centre is easy to get too and there are numerous bars/restaurants and a shopping centre very close by. The development is extremely secure and the security guards were great! Our host was very responsive and helpful.

The pool was closed for the entire week of our stay.

Location is great

It is very difficult to check in prior to arrival. They ask you to email your document to them first, then they will send you instruction how to get to the security boom and then they send you a QR code; if you are on the road and travelling, like I was, or don't have the document on hand (did not have my girlfriend's passport with me so I could not email it in advance) it is very difficult. It took for ever for them to answer my call and the person I was dealing with was quiet abrubt. I told the person that I personally owe two Boutique Hotels and would never put my customers through the same grief and pain when checking in at any of my properties

convenient check in, not having to pick up keys, uses a security pin.

the wifi didn’t work, neither did the dstv, at first dstv wasn’t connected then when I was, it didn’t have sound. there isn’t even basic amenities in the bathroom nor the kitchen. a cup of coffee was out of the question without even a sachet of coffee.

Almost everything..Place was clean
