Security at the complex is good. The unit was clean. The unit is very conveniently located.

There was a 15 minute delay at Security while we waiting for a QR code to be sent. The instructions sent to me prior to arrival made no mention of a QR code; perhaps this should be updated to avoid delays at arrival. The wifi did not work in the morning while there was no load-shedding planned. It was great for the host to provide soap, shampoo and conditioner but I would like to suggest that the host buy small quantity items, not a shared big-packaged product used by all occupants. We arrived at the unit at about 16h20 and the cleaning lady was still busy cleaning the unit. We had to politely ask her to leave at 17h20 as she was still busy vacuuming and tumble-drying linen while we trying to work on our laptops.

Booking was effortless. Checking in was a breeze, everything was explained in detail. Bella was very efficient and accommodating. The apartment is well maintained and is fully equipped in a beautiful complex. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend.
