Backup Powered Atlantic Sea-View Penthouse

The property was really well located, spacious with good amenities and fabulous views of the ocean. Apart from one problem, the hosts were very receptive throughout the booking process and whilst we were there.

The backup generator did not work when we had unexpected load shedding and despite contacting the host and being assured someone would come the next day to sort it out no one turned up. Luckily it only lasted another couple of days but given the name of the property this was disappointing. The showers were also not as clean as they should have been and the apartment is tired looking. The host was advised of the first two matters and says they will be attended to.

By far the best property we have stayed in CT over the years, when you consider the location and the unit itself. Definitely value for money.

Nothing worth mentioning

This is the third year we have stayed here and we love it and enjoyed our stay again.

Very little but a few improvements suggested: The fridge compressor is quite loud at times which makes it hard to listen to tv or annoying at night. The spare bathroom has an old water smell that we think comes from the washing machine in thd cupboard. Would be great if there was a tumble dryer especially august the sun can be hit and miss.

The location and WiFi and spaciousness

They don’t clean everyday
