Casa Julio-Rooftop Terrace & Pool 5 Min to Beach

We couldn’t fault our 6 night stay. The host went above and beyond — generously providing a wide range of condiments, pantry essentials, and even wine. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up, making it perfect for families. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and all the amenities we needed were provided. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to others and would be happy to return in the future.

The apartment had all the facilities you could ask for including 2 bathrooms which was a nice surprise . The host was very attentive and was messaging me to check arrival time so that he could meet us at the apartment, which he did. It was also nice that the hosts had provided some food , beer and wine for our visit which I thought was fantastic , and I very nice surprise. The pool was small but nice and there were plenty of beds around it so we never went without one during our stay. Great location as well with a mere 3-5 min walk into town which I loved .

I don't even know what to start with, I'm overwhelmed. Andy is an amazing host, we arrived half an hour before check-in time, called him and he immediately came to give us the keys. The fridge was full of food and drinks, a huge bowl of fruit on the table, even a watermelon. We've never been welcomed like that before, it was amazing. Andy was always in touch via WhatsApp. The apartment is located in a quiet area, it's easy to park your car right in front of the house, there are plenty of free parking spaces (early May). The apartment is spacious, there's a large balcony and a huge terrace upstairs where you can even make barbecue. Beautiful views of the pool and the city. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped, there's everything you need. Comfortable beds, everything is clean, everything works, no problems with hot water or anything, great WiFi. Nothing to complain about. The mosquito net in the master bedroom was torn, but we didn't encounter a single mosquito during our two-week holiday in Portugal. ))

Quiet location, beautiful apartment with pool. Close to centre, walk down in 5 Min. Also you can start doing walks from the accommodation. Carvoeiro is in middle of the attraction with a car it’s perfect, if you like a village feel. Andy really made us welcome with a fruit basket, breakfast things, like bread, eggs, cereal, OJ, milk, also oil, vinegar, salt & pepper and coffee capsules and some wine! AMAZING! We could contact him anytime! We would come back for sure!

Mattress was a bit soft, but owner assured us it will be replaced. He came for measurements. The problem should be solved by the next stay.

After a long journey, we were all overjoyed on the welcome that Andy gave us with plenty of food and drinks (a few of my favourites) to get us through a couple of days.

The weather could have been better as it rained most of the time but the apartment had plenty of heaters and comfy blankets to keep us warm.

It’s a beautiful apartment, has various amenities, availability of swimming pools and tennis court, cleanliness of the place, safe and quiet neighborhood, clean surroundings, location, walking distance to the city center and the beach, etc.

None that I could think of.

Apartment was spotless on arrival. Host was there to meet us on arrival. We arrived late on a Sunday night when shops were closed. There was food for breakfast and t towels, washing up liquid and washing powder. There were extra towels, t rolls and beach towels which was amazing. I've stayed in accommodation like this before and this is a 1st time all of this was provided. It just made our stay much more comfortable overall. Our stay was much more pleasant. On arrival we were able to have supper before bed and breakfast when we got up before having to figure out where the supermarket was. We were travelling with young teens so they were happy campers!!
