Casa Maresia - Apartamento 2 quartos e piscina - Praia Carvoeiro

The property is set in a very quiet and tranquil area of Carvoeiro, but only a short stroll away from the beach and a number of great cafes and restaurants.

Everything was great for us.

Shared pool facilities were great, especially with young children. Bar staff were very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Great with kids. Some peace of mind with life guard. Nice big shower. One clean mid stay with change of towels and bedding was brilliant - and we didn’t expect it! Land lady had left us some food and water for arrival which was particularly welcome as we were late arrivals. Location was fantastic - nice and close to town. Quiet area. Some great restaurants nearby. Land lady was very attentive and responsive. Helped when we needed an extra sheet.

The hairdryers weren’t particularly powerful. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher. Mattresses a little “springy” and there was a smell in the bathroom - not sure why as it did appear to be very clean - maybe the drains.

This is a very cute apartment with all necessary amenities. Great location- can easily walk into the town of carvoeiro ( beach, restaurants) yet it is quiet at night. Ample parking right in front of the apartment. Two bedrooms, one double and 2 singles- we found the 2 singles more comfortable. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and the shower pressure was good. The kitchen is fully loaded, which was fantastic for cooking Christmas dinner. There is a fireplace in the living room which heats up the living room and kitchen nicely-ACs in the bedrooms that can be used for heat. There is a conservatory with 2 chairs and a table -which we loved-and a little courtyard with a table, 4 loungers and charcoal bbq. Would definitely stay here again
