The bed its very comfortable and very convenient.

The TV we dont know how to start.

The rooms were nice enough and breakfast was good.

I was overcharged because the exchange rate used by the hotel was very different to the online exchange rate and the rate shown on the booking.com app. There was nothing I could do about it. Also the staff in this hotel are very noisy, shouting in the hallway and kitchen. They don't seem to care. If you want to sleep after 7am or have a sleep in the afternoon forget it.

What i loved the most was the space, cleanliness and the accessibility. The owner was very generous and kind.

The best thing was the host was so responsive. It could have been better if the booked apartment was indeed 3 beds, it was not comfortable sleeping on a sofa. I booked accommodation for 3, unfortunately, the host failed to inform us that there was only 1 double bed in the accommodation they transferred us to.

During our stay with my family at the unit. We had an amazing experience, we enjoyed our stay. Clean room, bed ain't too bad, it was comfy. Air-conditioning was good, very cold room when it reach in a high temperature. The view was good too because we're in the 6th floor, we can see the View from our window. Accessible to SM only walking distance and G-mall, jeepney's, and taxis. Some resto around the vicinity of the persimmon which is good but only 1 ATM machine to access. Hopefully, they could add 1 more machine just in case if one is out of order.

First and foremost, not enough TV channels for foreigners. The unit only got basic TV channels which is the Philippines TV channels mostly. I would recommend to add more Cable channels for foriegners to those who cannot understand the filipino language. Like my husband is British no channel news at all. Every morning he loves to watch news like CNN, HBO, and my husband also likes watching movies. Hopefully, the host could add 1 or 2 foreign movie channels too to choose with. Not enough pot for 4 people. They only had 3 plates as well. No microwave and nor oven toaster at least. Hopefully, the host could add for breakfast purposes. Then lastly, Just cold shower. The hot shower ain't working properly. It will get hot for 1 minute then it goes to cold again. I've contacted the host about this already but still we couldn't make it working properly.
