location is close to all major shops which is so convenient

The parking situation surprised me but the host stated it in the details, I just missed it. And one teeny tiny detail and because we had a 3yr old with us. the shower head needed deep cleaning or replacement.

Room 1253 privately owned, was tidy and had cooking utensils. Room smelt good. Let us do early check in.

Room 1253 privately owned, alas, no microwave. Had trouble with internet TV, sent owner texts of our problem and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge or address our concerns. I would never stay here again with that owner.

It felt like home. I was with my mom, daughter and aunt. They liked the accommodation, too. Night and sunrise view is good. Kudos to the host! She'd thought of everything - basic needs e.g. utensils, dishwashing liquid, apron, etc- to make your stay really comfy. Towels are white- no stains, smells clean. The location is big plus, as well. The kuya guards will help in hailing a taxi. 711, ATM machine, karenderia, and a beauty salon are just a minute away I want to give a huge shout-out to all kuya guards and the staff, extra courteous and attentive.

Lady guards, (front desk, day and eve shifts) not too friendly.
