J’ai réservé pour 5 et j’ai eu un logement pour 4 il nous manquait un couchage inadmissible.

The host was very prompt in responding, very helpful and considerate. I invited a few friends to enjoy the poop one time, and host helped make the registration process, etc, seamless. Host is not those type that are eager to charge you any chance they have. Very gracious host, will re-book on my next trip.

On rainy days, the ground floor area floods, and there were some works on the stairs to the pool during my stay, they didnt put a Warning sign so we kept tripping.

The area was quiet and very close to the SM seaside mall.. Casino is also very close 😁

The Condo was not maintained. I cut my foot on the flooring. The floor boards were poorly installed. The door handles were loose and the hot water unit was not working. The bed mattress in all rooms were stained. I was not comfortable in sleeping on a stained bed 😔

The property is very roomy and lots of space for your big luggage and room to pack. Although is very hard to find a ride, but the owner is very helpful of finding us a ride to the airport. Thank you very much. Other than that, this place is very comfortable for 4 adult and 1 child. I definitely recommend this place in fact my pastor friend already looking forward to it in the future.

The location is pretty close to SM Mall, just 1 ride with the Taxi. Just accross the road was the seaside area already. It is clean and spacious.

The place needs some renovation already, everything is old, the floor vinyl is also not it's best anymore. Only the bed rooms have direct sun light, the living room need light all the time. On our first day the guard already told us that we can only use the swimming pool if we pay 200 per person. After calling the host, it was clear and the guard even went to our room and correct his info. But the next day, it was quiet irritating to go swimming, the guard kept asking us to pay for 200 pesos per person, then you need to explain all over again as agreed with the host. After a back and forth radio with the other guard, then it was ok. The next day with a different guard, same story again. You got to book the amenities before using it. The pool is old, parts were broken already just like some part of the building. I won't say the place is inviting.
