The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have great views. You won't find a better value in this price range. What impressed me the most was the management, always going above and beyond expectations, especially ma'am Tess.

The elevators can be slow during peak hours.

The host and all stuffs was very nice and made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. There are air conditioners in all bedrooms and the living room. You can see all of Cebu City and the building's priority safety(no outsider can come easily, and they have metal detectors).

It was a very long wait at the elevator, which was the building problem, not the room itself. The only problem in the condo is that the restroom don't have proper ventilation and no washer available (maybe if you asked them).

The unit is extremely old, it looks deeply dirty even if it was clean on the surface. The room was not ready at check in time, it was a few minutes late and even then I had to wait longer for a clean towel. the blanket on the bed had no sheets, and as I know the people before me checked out right before I checked in I highly doubt it was washed. Bathroom was okay, even though everything is so old but of course it could be cleaner. and then on top of all that the worst was the elevators there are only three working for sooo many people so you cannot breathe in there after waiting for at least 5 minutes for it to come sometimes longer and there is a guard in there asking everyone where is their floor which really made the process slower. It is my worst stay in the Philippines so far, next day I moved to a hotel just 5 minutes away, same price but 100% better. I do not recommend this place.

This is not a hotel, more like a poor airbnb. If you selected 'hotels' in your filter and you were presented with this option, it feels like an absolute scam. Booking should be more careful with labelling their postings as it is very misleading. If you are looking for a hotel with all its services, avoid any Horizon postings. It's literally a 2 tower, 55-floor property with thousands of residents.

Spacious apartment with two bathrooms. Very nice view from the balcony.

The pool is closed every Tuesday for cleaning. The AC was very loud in the bedroom.

Elevator buttons did not work properly and one elevator was broken, bathroom needs to be renovated, tv had too many connection issues, all the batteries in the remotes were dead

I liked that the rooms felt like a home because there was a kitchen and living room area. The view from the rooms were the best anyone in Cebu City could ask for. It really is a panoramic view of the entire city.

We didn't like the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The shower curtain was moldy and there was old buckets where the water was and there was no ventilation in the bathrooms. Sometimes there were cockroaches in the kitchen area when you first come in.
