location, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, kitchen facilities.

bathrooms could be more clean, did not like the rusty soap containers in the shower, yuck.

Wifi has strong connection, comfortable, clean, and you have everything you need.

I loved staying here apparently it’s the tallest tower in Cebu. The room I think was on the 38th floor but please note the double room is actually a single bed with a small child’s bed next to it. Nonetheless after we mentioned this to the owner, she kindly upstaged us to a room on the 41st floor over looking the entire city and sea view. Room was clean and swimming pool was huge. Would highly recommend and ladies were a pleasure to deal with :) great value too!

Nice view and apartment

The apartment in floor 41 from 101. Only 4 elevators and you have to wait much time and spend crowded with no aircondiyion or fan in the elevator once it arrive. Hate it

Location was fine, the photographs of the accommodation published on the website are certainly not representative of the actual rooms. I would say however, that the caretaker, Miss Eve was helpful and pleasant

The hotel accommodation was very unclean, the bathroom was an infection risk with plaster falling off the walls, the cleanliness of the shower and sink was absolutely appalling. The lifts were not functioning correctly and the wait, due to the volume of people was frequently 20-30mins as the serviceability could not cope with the demand

All good except Aircon in the living room is too noisy, and the other aircon is on and off due to wire malfunction

The room, the cleanliness and the view with the pool. The staff and the rom staff were accommodating too.

Easy contact with host. Friendly.

Tired apartment. Pay TV not working.
