Staff in the pool entrance is very rude and arrogant, exess per head to swim in the pool is too expensive 1000pesos/head is over priced, door at the Terrace is broken unable to go out and have a fresh air. Some furniture needs to be fixed and some needs to be replaced.

Place is a dump peeling paint worn out furniture all an all a shit hole only stayed two nights

Toilets blocked, bed not comfortable, aircon noise, elevators always full and line up, only 1 set towels for 5 days,

The view of Cebu City is amazing!

Holes in the walls are old and need repair. Furnture is old and mismatched, and needs to be replaced. Felt like a scam to be asked for additional ₽1,000 cash deposit after we checked in.No front desk, nor reception area. Be careful of pool, there 43 floors of open windows and open balconies hanging overhead where anyone could drop anything at any time. Lobby doesn’t have adequate sitting area. Getting a taxi is challenging. Bathroom is dated and needs attention. The shower has tile floor you can’t stand on when wet, way too slippery and very dangerous. Zero interior design features, unappealing.
