"A disappointment"

I extended for one day. I paid in cash and I asked for a senior citizen discount but it was NOT given to me. This is a law and they violated it.

"Good place but for only a day."

It is located in the city center.. There are appliances in the room.

No.daily clean-up. Even if you requested for linens, it took day and they just dropped the linens at the doorstep.

Excellent location, good security & view & all in room fine. Inet quick.

I have stayed here previously over the years & the pool is always cloudy & dirty. It is a health hazard & i do not swim in it anymore. I have complained previously but still no action. They only clean it once a week & it has a big load of swimmers, especially on weekends. Filter rarely runs—- hey, not rocket science to chlorinate & clean a pool properly. Other pools nearby are sparkling clean. The lifts are over worked & need a major upgrade & often at least one is out of action. I got stuck in one for about half an hour during my stay- frightening.

"Perfect location in City Centre"

Super location in the heart of Cebu. Restaurants and Supermarket around in the area. Communication with manager was working good and without complications, roomservice came on request same day (same with water supply). Appartment was nice with good view to the sea.

Some neighbours cooking dried fish although it is not allowed and some ignorants throw their garbage not in the provided containers and leave a mess.
