Nachrichten und Fragen - ob per SMS oder eMail oder per booking.com - wurden entweder spät oder gar nicht beantwortet. Ich hatte um eine Condo in einer hohen Etage gebeten, mehrfach. Als ich ankam, hieß es dann: "Nicht verfügbar." Aber das schlimmste: Die Vermieterin gab mir meine Schlüssel, die ich bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt vergessen hatte, nicht zurück, obwohl sie mir zugesagt hatte, dass sie die Schlüssel aufbewahren wird bis zu meinem nächsten Aufenthalt. Und die Ausstattung: Microwelle ohne Stromanschluss, vergammelte Möbel, versiffte Bilder.
