"Se tira agua de la regadera"

La ubicación muy buena

Lo que no me gustó fue que en el baño no tenía puerta ompleta y se tira el agua al bañarse y también que el agua caliente se termina a medio baño no se puede bañar uno y después la otra persona porque se termina el agua caliente

"Not pleasant, hard to find since it doesnt have a sign outside the property."

The shower and the minisplit unit.

There was no tv service, no antena channels nothing to watch, the towels are old and rip. They never provided towels after i use them the first time and there was no one i can talk to ask for more.

This is a self-serve style hotel, similar to an Airbnb. Keys are collected from a key locker, and instructions are sent via WhatsApp. The building is divided into two sections, so make sure you enter the correct property. It seems this setup may be updated soon. The room was cozy, though the TV was missing and the window blinds didn’t fully cover the window. The bathroom was fine, with good hot water and pressure. There is also a rooftop area that is still being developed. The owner was nearby and available if needed, which was reassuring. The location is very convenient, close to the main tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. I would probably stay here again.

Pésimo servicio, pague los impuestos por medio de la plataforma para la emisión de factura y al hacer contacto con el alojamiento me quieren cobrar nuevamente impuestos, es la primera vez que eso me pasa con el alojamiento contratado por esta plataforma

La habitación es muy bonita y cómoda, el lugar es muy bonito, dan buen servicio y siempre todo bien ya que cuenta con extras como el frigobar, caja de seguridad, etc.

No había papel en el baño, la chapa de la puerta estaba descompuesta, los controles no funcionaban bien, algunos apagadores no funcionaban bien y no tenían el frigobar que normalmente tienen
