Everything about the room itself. Kitchen with fridge and microwave. Good flushing toilet. Loved the showerhead. TV included many on-demand services. Wonderful bed, so comfortable. Many well-placed lighting. Loved the spacious open concept. Surprised by plenty kitchen cabinets and draws.

First, no one was there personally to give you the room. All communications were via text or emails. Day one: main door was kept open instead locked; room door lock was broken and doorknob was busted. Day two: close to noon keys were given to lock the room. Supposedly, doorknob was going to be fixed, never for the whole week. Neighbors were active during nighttime (8pm-5am). Never saw or shown the rooftop access.

The ubication was very good

There wasn’t hot water

We had a relaxed stay because they offer a comfortable bed, a refrigerator, a microwave and drinking water, it has a very pleasant living room, the bathroom is clean and comfortable, the room has an iron and a security box. For me it was an extra Plus that have a terrace. Perfect location, it is in the center of the city near the government and state offices. If you go to process or update documents, this location is perfect for you!

They have a nice kitchenette with enough utensils such as glasses, plates and crystal glasses, and cutlery. But some forks and spoons were missing, there was a dirty frying pan, they do not offer a coffee making machine, there are no hangers to hang the towels and on the terrace there is no water or mattresses on the seats, in addition there was a grill to roast meat but in very bad condition and dirty.

Rooms clean, bed comfortable, host great

Location, too close to bars, do not respect parking spaces, host maybe can pay a little more attention on parking spaces, that is the only issue.

The location is very good and the room is very comfortable. It was easy to access to the department.

In the middle of the night people arrive to other departments and they make a lot of noice that woke me up. When I receive the instructions to get in to the department the time to leave the department said at 12pm but the person who cleans the room knocks the door at 11 am, we felt a little pressure. The lights at the sides of the bed are a little low. The principal door makes a lot of noice when is closed.

Finding the hotel was difficult because there was no sign stating it was a hotel. The code to enter was sent to my email, but I didn't have access to my email after we left. So we didn't know how to get inside the building or room and had to call.

There was no one responsible on the property, so we entered with a code and entered our room with a code. It was a side street, and there was no one around. There were no taxis, restaurants, or stores. It felt very weird.
