Excellent location right on the sea front of Cleveleys, just round the corner to clevelys high street and a short walk to the tram to travel to Blackpool or fleetwood. The bed rooms were very spacious and the double bedroom was decorated really nicely, immaculate bathrooms and laundry, really liked the alcove in the double bedroom with the sky light.

Apartment just needs a little attention paint wise in certain areas. We had zero signal and WiFi reception in the basement which was abit of a nightmare with a 4 year old, zero televisions in bedrooms again this would help with young children to wind down on a night time after a busy day. The stair way to get down to the apartment were very small and steep which again was not ideal for young children

Excellent location. Very modern and clean.

Could do with some tape to warn about the step into the bedroom with the en suite.

Great position, plus parking directly outside (if lucky enough to get one!) Cheap parking close by anyway. Fabulous views, nice little kitchenette and enough space for 2, though 4 would feel cramped. 1-3 minutes to the restaurants, pubs and shops with lots of choice. Plus the best fish and chip shop the same distance away! Highly recommended.

Above hob extractor didn’t work but we didn’t need it so a minor issue.

Great location: close to the beach and shops with plenty of recreation options. The decor and lounge/dining area. Easy to use bathroom and kitchen. Well stocked and clean. Peaceful atmosphere (little to no noise), the building feels safe and secure,

It was not possible to dim the double bed room enough to sleep in comfortably (now that it's summer and the sun rises so early): the blind didn't do much and it wasn't possible to cover the window as it's a loft window. The other room has awesome blinds, but for a couple the seperate beds situation was not ideal.

Always enjoy staying here. Everything we need.

The fact I was ill, but will be coming again.
