One bedroom lodge in the countryside

Very cosy

We went for a family wedding and the property was very convenient to the venue. The lounge area was spacious with a day bed. The sofas were very comfortable. There were nice touches like rolls and butter left for us and games in the cupboard. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was large and had everything we needed.

Very clean, cosy and comfortable lodge, had everything we needed and more many little touches including a few things we'd forgotten (fresh milk and butter) I would stay again and highly recommend.

The Wi-Fi wasn't very strong and intermittent a few times

We liked the welcome pack of fresh milk, eggs, bagels, jams and butter. The property was really nice and comfortable and spotless and we could park right outside. The hosts were really friendly. My wife liked seeing the horses.

I spent a night here with my 3 year old and 6 year old and it was absolutely perfect. My 3 year old cried because he didn't want to go home. Everything was really luxurious and the eggs, milk, bagels and jam were very appreciated, especially by my continuously hungry 6 year old :). My children loved regularly visiting and stroking the horses during our stay. I wished I could've enjoyed the shower without having to rush due to my little ones, it was so nice and great toiletries were provided. The bedding was super comfy and my children loved the day beds and having a TV with you tube was my 6 year olds idea of heaven. We watched most episodes of Power rangers and Alvin and the chipmunks :). I was really surprised how big the accommodation is and we were made to feel so welcome. I am a single mummy and instantly felt happy and at ease with my two little one's. Lots of very happy memories made that I am sure my eldest Alfie will remember for a long time, he has now asked me if we can buy a horse and If I can buy a day bed :). The light up mirror in the bathroom fascinated my children too and Eddie my 3 year old fell in love with the fox picture in the bedroom. A much needed break and we wish that we were still there.
