La procédure récupération des clefs arrivée tardivement (1h d'attente, résolue grâce à intervention d'une assistante Booking, merci à elle) Problème engendré par une adresse erronée sur le document de réservation Booking. Mauvaise qualité du matelas chambre (Bloc de mousse sans tenue) Petit électro ménager minimaliste : Pas de bouilloire, ni grille pain. Edit : Les remarques sur l'excès d'humidité et les odeurs signalées en 2023 !! ne sont plus d'actualité.

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu d'accès au Wifi car la box ne fonctionnait pas et nous n'avons pas pu être dépanné par l'agence malgré leur promesses. Celà nous a beaucoup compliqué la quête d'informations sur les lieux à visiter d'autant plus que nous n'avons trouvé aucune information en arrivant dans l'appartement!

This is a great location with incredible views in this small coastal town. The little balcony is very nice and luckily was mostly sheltered from the rain that we had. Since it was pretty much off-season, it was easy to find parking along the main road.

Although I had requested that the sofa bed be prepared for my adult son, it wasn't. But maybe my request was made a little too late for them to arrange it. We managed with some of the linens we found in a closet.

Fantastic place in the heart of Corniglia. The view from the balcony was very nice with evening sun. Would definitely stay here again.

The entrance to the apartment is at a terrace with restaurant seatings. You have to walk through this terrace to get to the door. However we didn't really feel like this was a problem at all. You can hear a little bit from the restaurant from the living room, but it got quiet early every evening.

Luckily the management was able to move us to another appartment after one night instead of five. The view was nice, but thats it.

Rodents and their droppings in the appartment, which have also started eating our food at night. We dont think its a matter of cleaning here, but the object needs true renovation before anyone can stay here. At the moment it feels like staying in grandmothers basement. There were also noises coming from around the cupboard (could have been a marten).

Great location with amazing views, exceptional and warm host Brunella. The place is an old restored apartment with great taste and modern comfort, I couldn't have asked for more.

Don’t stay here! Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures! It was sooo damp and dark. I was coughing from the mold. Read the bad reviews they are true!

You have to walk through a restaurant to access the front door. People are smoking and it comes right into your room. The bedroom was so damp the sheets were wet and I had to sleep on the pullout couch that had a dirty mattress. This place was terrible. Don’t stay here!
