Nothing matter fact i got scammed,

Just don't send him security deposit at all and if you did send him security deposit don't leave the house until he give you back, because if you leave then he will come up with any excuse to not give it beck , be careful he is scammer, you can read the comments and reviews first, i thought first he scammed me only, he actually scammed so many people, be careful i already reported him to Booking.com , hopefully they banned him, this is by far my worst experience regarding booking online i really hope he gets what he deserves

Just the location is near to the centre.

1) Troublesome deposit, only explain after a booking had been made. (Paid) 2) Check in is very late. 3pm. 3) misleading information. Photo from the list I booked is totally different from what I get. But he kept on emphasises that they’ve been scam by a guest before this. 4) Staff named Nas ask me to get out if I’m not happy with the room as he insisted it’s the same unit while it’s clearly not. 5) No solution given as to just get out from the room and no refund. 6) Room is like a dorm style at college while the photo shown was a well design room with proper furniture. 7) Deduct my deposit refund of RM150 to RM62 only as he claimed I have extra one visitor while I only mentioned that it’s a friend that visited me around and not staying over. 8) Whole experience was a mess after I asked for a clarification. Instead he kept on saying I’m dumb as use the F word before blocking me. 9) Photo I provided will be the one they put in the ads, the awful looking room will be the room that I get. 10) My advice is, just get a proper place with a hotel titled. As you might ended up spending more that you should. For my case it’s RM189 for a room below average. The room is clean but With musty scent bedsheet.

Host requested RM150 deposit before releasing the passcode lock that includes the housekey. Ask specifically how many guests were staying. I said 2 pax and they said ok. After done check out, they deducted RM88 from my deposit because i had 1 extra guest, which they never informed earlier or mentioned anywhere in the Room Details. Please dont book with this host guys. This is a scam tactic. I will remove this post if they clarify why are they being fishy
