The house got complete utilities to use and clean.

Instruction from the owner was so detail and it took me some time to understand it. The place itself was like a maze, complicated with little sign. Plus, the owner sent me the instruction a bit later then i expected. Be prepared to wait for 10 minutes just for the lift in block f1. Going to the kids swimming pool (L7) took me almost 20minutes, from level 8 (f2), took a lift to level 15, then cross the brige, took the lift to level 7(the lifts were sooo slow). Lots of stairs and there was only 1 shower with broken handle. Maybe it wasn't my day, i was suppose to check in 3-4 pm (i told the owner in advance), but when we reached the front door, there was a cleaning lady tidy up the room and we have to wait for almost 1 hour with 1 kid and 1 baby going around the place with tired body n mind.

Clean, comfortable, good location to plenty of restaurants, good location if one has an event at Tamarind Square, good security, easy contact with owner - quick response.

It's essentially a studio, not a one bedroom as advertised. Parking is a maze - so follow instructions from.owner carefully.
