The location was near to airport

There is no courtesy mineral water provided, during the booking no deposit is mention but after booking owner text to WhatsApp and request for deposit RM150 when the booking was only RM85, Standard checkout time is 12pm and we were requested to check out at 11am SHARP. Check is counted after u keep the keys in the mailbox and for only 8mins late than 11am I was deducted RM55 from my deposit. I need to follow up for my deposit even after 4 days past checkout.

It was a comfortable room for 2.

The company running this Airbnb/homestay is very irresponsible. I have been waiting for a refund of my deposit of RM150 for more than a week now. And the staff seems to think it's funny to reply in a sarcastic manner. I will attach the conversation.

"Never repeat to stay with you again"

The service are so bad… see the review there was no deposit but have a deposit and didnt get any detail for refund. The refund also need to catch up every day to get. I just late 2 minutes checkout because of the line in the lock door to submit to staff that i already give back the key but still need to pay the lateness… please be more improve and have a good service in the future… the room also not so clean as what i expected

"Can’t wait to check out from the place!"

High floor, nice view (see photo)

1. Car park too dark, dangerous for ladies; 2. Toilet door inside found mould growth, smelly, health hazard; 3. Bidet spray holder broken (see photo), bidet hose laying on floor; 4. Bed frame cannot support the mattress, found out the wooden plank support was too short (wrong size, wrong fixing, see photo) to be fitted into the bed frame; mattress is too thin and worn out, cannot support the spine. We dared not move an inch during sleep afraid the mattress might drop down. 4. Not a single cloth hanger provided in the wardrobe
