Everything. The host very rude, charge additional RM 88.00. The collect deposit refundable but make u call or message remaining them again again. All funiture all very old. Nothing is great to tell about that unit. Please get better unit.

i like the location is quite near to the shops, easy to buy food

1st the aircond cannot turn on, maybe remote battery issue, host said i should informed but this kinda thing should hv been checked before guest arrived so the guest wont be disturbed. 2nd, i check out at 8.30am and night time I said my security deposit not yet transferred back, he just write ‘of course la miss😅’ the next day I asked again and host said ‘belum ada acc number Miss’ ‘u need money, u need to provide details la madam’ wow.. so if i didnt ask i will never get my security deposit back 😂 host said ‘asking for your account details isn’t our SOP Miss’.. i know i’m a stupid person but I appreciate a simple kindness to tell somebody what to do next. lesson learned ya, money can change someone’s attitude ✨

Host was great, straightforward and made the whole check-in process smooth. The unit i was in was easily one of the best in terms of cleanliness, aesthetics and ease of use/access in cybersquare.

i would love to leave a really good comment on this one, but i cant, i just cant the host was super rude

the host was keep pushing me to check out while i already told him that i finish my meeting at 11am, and the check out time was 11am not 12pm. i know that, but i already packed all of my things, i just need to get out of the house and send the pic as instructed by the host, it only took like approximately 10 min to go down and take pic. but the host was super inconsiderate, keep pushing me to pay for late check out, like come on bro. it just 10 min, and i have reasons, its not like am purposely check out late until 12pm or 1pm. IT JUST 10 MIN,AND I ALREADY PACKED MY THINGS!! i was super mad caused he kept on insisting me to pay for the late check out. to any of you who considering to stay here, please bear in mind that you cant even be late for 1 min or else they want you to pay for late check out, even for early check in they will ask you to pay 💆🏼‍♀️
