Central location, clean and tidy and good value for money..has everything you need for a weekend break..nice to have parking as well ..plus you can get 10% discount at the restaurants..

Facilities were fantastic and it was nice and clean with good space

Water in shower was switching between hot and cold on the first night, issue didn't continue past that.

Being on the top floor the stairs were inconvenient but Una oudabbe. For some inexplicable reason there was no kettle

Central location. Good shower.

Accommodation was basic. One of the bedrooms had nowhere to put clothes. As a double it didn't fit a chest of drawers or wardrobe but there could at least have been a hook and couple of hangers on the back of the door. Two of the kitchen appliances were faulty. The kettle leaked water and the toaster tripped the electrics. It didn't feel overly clean. There were a couple of long hairs inside the top drawer in the main bedroom and I had to take three mugs off of the mug tree before I found a clean one. The number of stairs to the apartment needs to be more explicit in the main description as it just says 'upper floors' but later communication (past fee cancellation date) told me numerous times that there were 54 steps. We had supposedly been 'upgraded' to Riverside 9 because Riverside 6 was not at a suitable standard. The apartment provided somewhere for us to sleep and was adequate but did not feel like much of an upgrade.
