The location was excellent. Central to everything we wanted. Shops,restaurants, fish and chips, marina and park all within walking distance.Thw apartment was spacious, clean and warm.

The only thing that I didn't like was the stairs to get to the apartment. This couldn't be helped as we were on third floor. I was good cardio !!! The only thing lacking in the apartment was a tin opener.

Property lovely & clean but terrible location to pubs. Noisy and loud.

The amount of stairs to climb up to the apartment. Think this should have been made more clearer. It does say there is no lift. But would have been handy to know just how high it was as most probably wouldn’t have booked it. I suffer with arthritic knees and high blood pressure. So for people like me or elderly it would be difficult for them to get to the apartment

The location was perfect

Great location & handy parking with the permit & on street parking nearby. Really warm, comfortable & clean accommodation

Don’t over pack like I did. The property is at the top of a long flight of stairs - great fir the muscles & lung capacity but not for faint hearted or very unfit.

Location was right in town and near the water. Well equipped kitchen, good size lounge room.

It was nice to have a car park but be prepared for the walk through town and up 54 steps with all your bags. There is no water pressure for the shower so it is more of a drip and it has no extractor fan which probably explains the black mould on the ceiling. The front door rattling in the wind and the cable slapping the flag pole kept me awake half the stay. Late at night and early morning you will hear beer barrels being loaded and unloaded from the pubs in the alley. Let's just say there won't be another stay here...

I have visited Dartmouth many times and stayed at Dartside apartments on most of those occasions and this time did not dissapoint. The apartment is right in the town centre with the waterfront on the dront doorstep and the shops and town tonthe rear. Since I last visited the apartments have been renovated and this makes a comfortable stay. I will be visiting again.

This is being picky. The car park was hard to find and the spaces are no obvious which resulted in me parking in the wrong space and annoying a resident (sorry). Double glazing would be great all round to try and tackle the volume of the bar emptying thier bottles into the bin at midnight.

It was central.

Very tatty suite, peddle bin very poor, some curtails looked cheap and badly hung,
