Excellent location!

Lights on the landings on all day and night, could do with blackout curtains to stop the light.

Self catering. great location.

Apartment may not have been used for a while? Smelled a little musty.

The location was perfect, you have restaurant close and the bus stop is 3 min walking from the place. The bedrooms were really clean and the beds comfortable. The place is big and easy to find.

The only problem is that it has one toilet and when you are a group of 6 it’s difficult to share, but the toilet was clean and in perfect condition

Very nice place clean and comfortable 100% recommended my kids very happy and love this place. Thank you very much

The amount of steps leading up but that was fine, gave me a workout

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Dartmouth which is a beautiful place. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen and what felt like a brand new bathroom with large shower. The communication from Lisa was spot on.

We stayed in Riverside 6, on the third floor and people have quite rightly mentioned the staircase to get up to the property. It would be a struggle for some. 53 steps but we saw it as good exercise. There is occasional noise throughout the night, but that’s what you get when you’re in the centre of a town.

More or less everything

The stairs were a bit too much for my 75 year old mum,didn't realize how steep the steps were for her,Don't know if I missed it if it was pointed out,but all round she saw it as an achievement to keep moving so all good :)
