Merchants Rise

Set in the heart of Dartmouth with garage parking only a couple of hundred steps away.

Nothing bothered us too much but things to bear in mind are the fairly steep stairs (modern replacements of the old newel stairs) and single glazed, leaded, windows in some rooms (daylight could be seen around the edges of some windows which meant sounds from the street and church bells were quite noticeable).

Brilliant character , fabulous facilities. Great as a couple.

We love the apartment and location it was our second visit but it had a water leak so the lounge ceiling was very stained which was not a good look

Stunning property and furnishings. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher! Beds comfy. Lovely ensuite bathrooms. Perfect. Great value in central position.

Spacious, excellent location and private parking. Comfy beds and well appointed.

Stairs!!

Fantastic few days in Dartmouth, accommodation is steeped in history yet tastefully modern, spacious and central. Exceeded our expectations.

Cheese grater would be handy and the washing machine could do with a deep clean as I think it doesn't get used much.

The property is in a central local and was lovely and clean and had everything you would need. The master bedroom was spacious, clean and had a great view. The bed was large and extremely soft and comfortable. The added bonus with this property is the double shared garage for parking, which was a very short walk away.

Unfortunately the stairs, but they did not put us off and would definitely stay again.
