Amazing location and beautiful grade 1 listed property with lost of charm.

The pillows in the smaller bedroom were not comfortable at all.

This is the second time we've stayed and it's perfect, especially as parking is difficult in Dartmouth. We brought two motorbikes and fitted easily in our half of the garage provided. There is milk, tea and coffee provided for a couple of days, and the central location is good. Debbie is the point of contact who assisted us with a prompt query. Will definitely be back. The bed is so comfortable

The stairs could be a problem for some. We've stayed before, it didn't put us off from returning.

Excellent, central location. Apartment is a great mix of modern facilities but with much of the old character retained. Host was lovely and very attentive, updating us when the water was turned off briefly due to an issue locally

Yes, the stairs are very steep, as mentioned in other reviews, but this was fine for us. Some noise at night, but it's in a central location next to several great pubs, so this is only to be expected and again it didn't bother us

Lovely apartment in the centre of town, great facilities, useful to have local private parking
