The car parking was a 15 minute walk away up a hill. It's fine if you were able bodied but not if your mobility is limited

Felt a bit dated

Location was perfect, the balcony overlooking the River Dart was also perfect, & facilities were fine. Really close to shops and pubs/restaurants, which was again what we wanted.

Obviously this comment has to be taken in the light of the size of the apartment, but one bathroom between 5 blokes was not ideal. Not sure anything could be done about this & everything else was great - we really enjoyed our stay.

The location was exceptional for shops, restaurants, and leisure activities. The long balcony from the bedroom to lounge a real bonus.

The distance to car park & parking at an angle up a slope. However, we managed it & because it was sunny, it was an easy walk back to the flat. Not for hard of walking.

Amazing view over the estuary. Great central location.

View over the river was amazing, lovely full length balcony. Comfortable and clean beds and sofas. Well equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets. Washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel included. Apartment was spacious, warm and shower good. It was close to the lower ferry and lots of bars restaurants in close walking distance. Will stay again, great value for the money too.

Nothing- Parking is hard to find in Dartmouth so nice really nice to have included. Make sure you research where the space is on the documents. Be careful if parking in the dark and rain, there is a drop on the left on entrance to the car park not easily seen.
