Great central location, fabulous views over the river, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, good seating/dining areas, heating on when we arrived 😊

Unfortunately as per other reviews, the noise of deliveries and rubbish collections from 6am was very intrusive. We decided to book anyway as it was only for 2 nights, but wouldn't stay longer. A curtain, preferably thermal, at the side window in the living room would have helped with privacy and warmth - cold November visit, so dark early, single glazed window.

The location is brilliant for exploring the town of Dartmouth. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony and look out to sea. Allocated parking is a bonus as on street parking can be tricky in the town centre.

It is very noisy due to single pane windows. Early morning deliveries and glass collections right outside both bedrooms.

The coop next door does stocking at about 6 am which is very noisy and affected our sleep

Location, views were amazing

Parking directions were in accommodation rather than with email. There is no sign on the roadside which is what we were looking for. Not a deal breaker but that was our only issue.

could maybe do with updating/decorating. Also some nice pictures as only picture hooks with no pictures
