Really spacious Great options for breakfast Great location Lots of outdoor space for the dog. (There is an additional charge for the dog). Staff super friendly We had an amazing stay. Can't wait to go back.

A fabulous quirky place to stay, only a short walk down the hill to Dol.

The breakfast was a continental and had all the things you would expect, some nice coffee bags supplied and fresh milk and bread and orange juice. the location a short distance from the main town, I would guess 10-15 minute walk with great views and set in nice grounds with good parking.

we stayed for 2 nights and we did not get clean breakfast cups, plates and cutlery for the second morning's breakfast but this was just small thing and I assume this would have been done if we were staying longer, it certainly would not put me off recommending it or staying again which I would love to do. 😊

Het karaktervolle huis met een mooi en zeer ruime tuin. De entree is werkelijk fantastisch en past bij de statuur van het klassieke huis. De kamer mag je gerust een appartement noemen met een ruime zit en eetkamer. Alles is ingericht in een mix van klassiek, modern, oud en nieuw zoals je alleen in Wales / Engeland kan aan treffen. Britse artistieke vrijheid, we love it.

De bank in de woonkamer was wel erg doorgezakt, hier kan je niet meer comfortabel in zitten. Het douchen is ook spannend, namelijk weinig water en een zeer moeilijk te regelen watertemperatuur, je kan kiezen uit te warm of te koud.

The hostess was very thoughtful and, as one of us is very allergic to dogs and cats, kindly offered a recently refurbished room that had not had any pets staying in it. The room was very spacious and the view was fabulous.

I woukd have liked to stay longer

The decor is alternative and eclectic, right up our street. Our stay was lovely and relaxed. The hosts were about but we didn't meet until we were leaving and were lovely. The hall is kept very clean. There is a kettle, toaster fridge and microwave so although there was no kitchen, we had everything needed. Breakfast cereals, bread and tea coffee were provided and lots of it. . just be aware that if you want to go out of an evening shops close early about 8pm and pubs tend to close around 10 or 11pm
