Apartment in City centre, 4 guests, CAR PARK

Location is central to major places to visit as a tourist and parking was always available on the street as the area doesn’t look populated, it’s quiet

The owner claimed booking.com double booked so therefore we did not get the property that you sent me a confirmation for. I had to source alternative accommodation and incur extra expenses and waste food that we would have used as there was cooking facilities there. I am still waiting for a refund and compensation from you 😡

I didn't like the fact we got here to find that there no accommodation as the owner claimed booking.com double booked his property. He gave us a number to contact you which came up as number not recognised. I am still waiting for a refund and compensation from yourselves for all the inconvenience, distress and extra expenses incurred on sourcing somewhere else and having to waste our food. A very unpleasant, upsetting and highly distressing experience for all of us and it ruined our entire weekend. 😡

Space

There isn't a proper work desk and chair available for professional use. Internet coverage is patchy towards the kitchen and the bedroom in front of stairs.

Everything you could need was there nice clean spacious apartment

Slight issue when checking in getting keys but owner was extremely helpful and got it resolved promptly

Michal was an amazing host. Before our check in time, he sent all the information and details needed for a smooth check-in experience. We checked into the apartment with ease and it was an amazing place. Everything we needed was available, and the apartment was very comfortable and children-friendly. Michal as an amazing host was easily accessible and prompt to respond to anything you ask. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in the apartment, and would definitely be coming back when in town again.
